St. Peter’s Basilica entrance ticket
The St. Peter’s Basilica entrance ticket is completely free. It is possible to avoid the queue at the entrance of the Church by booking a Guided Tour of the Basilica (this allows for privileged entry) or a Guided Tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica, since there is a direct access from the Sistine Chapel the Basilica, usable only if accompanied by a tour guide.
Being a place of worship, the entrance to St. Peter’s Basilica is permitted only to visitors with proper attire(sleeveless shirts, shorts, skirts, hats are prohibited).

Train: stoping at the St. Peter’s Station Rome
Metro: Line A, stopping at Ottaviano-S.Pietro-Musei Vaticani.
Bus (stops): 62, Via della Conciliazione; 64,190, 916, 46, 98, 982, 881, Via di Porta Cavalleggeri; 32, 81, 590, 49, 271, Piazza Risorgimento.
Tram: 19, Piazza del Risorgimento (5 minutes walk).
