The Medici Chapels Museum is wheelchair accessible and is provided with equipped toilets.

At the museum entrance there is a bookshop where you can buy publications on art history, guides in different languages ​​and items inspired by the works of the Museum.

* REDUCED TICKET: EU citizens aged between 18 and 25 years (with identification) Teachers of state schools with permanent contracts (with appropriate documentation) non European Union Citizens, apply to, on condition of reciprocity, the disposal of  reduced price

Students and educators of the European Union of the School of Architecture, Literature ( Archaeology or Historic-Artistic), Conservation of Cultural Heritage and Science of Education, by showing a certificate of enrollment for the current academic year
Teachers and students from all EU members at the Academies of Fine Arts, by showing a certificate of enrollment for the current academic year
European Union Tourist Guides exercising their professional activity, providing a valid license issued by the appropriate authority
Interpreters from the European Union when their assistance is needed alongside the guide, providing of a valid license issued by the appropriate authority
European Union citizens with disabilities and a family member or other companion that demonstrates its membership of social and health care services
The operators of voluntary associations that carry out, on the basis of agreements drawn up by the Ministry in accordance with Article 112, paragraph 8 of the Code, promotion and dissemination of knowledge of the cultural heritage
