Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 50% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE)

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 160.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 39.00 € per visitor.
A special language extra fee has to be added in case the chosen language is Japanese, Russian or Chinese.

The price includes

Direct entry without waiting in line, entrance ticket, an expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that the headphones are used for groups of more than 15 people.

Meeting point

The meeting point with the guide will be in front of the central door of the Cathedral, 15 minutes before the booked time. The guide will have a sign with your name.

Remember

In case you do not take part of the tour you will not be refunded.
The entrance to the Dome is allowed only with proper clothing (it is forbidden sleeveless shirts, shorts, miniskirts, hats).
